Todd from Worlds End interviews the biggest and best producers, songwriters, mixers, and engineers in
the music business.

The primary focus of The Hops Review .com Podcast is to review (non-mainstream) craft beers on four basic qualities: 1. appearance, 2. smell, 3. taste and 4. drinkability. Of course, the more we drink, the less these qualities are important. Maybe that's why we saved drinkability for last?

Nikkole's Biography
Only a few short years after bursting onto the scene, independent musician Nikkole has established herself as a true artist within the music world. Among the current crop of rising stars, Nikkole is definitely the one who has a complete package: voice, looks and a strong work ethic, that will catapult her to becoming the next legend!
With just her first recordings, Nikkole proved to be the number one independent singer in the US via mp3.com, which was one of the first major music internet websites. In 2001, she released her debut CD entitled "Appearances", which introduced the world to Nikkole's amazing vocal sound and unique songwriting ability. Her hard work resulted in a Best Pop Album award from Radio Free Virgin and JPF, for which she beat out 7800 other independently released albums. Her winning streak continued with another award from Radio Free Virgin and JPF with "Over It" being named one of the top 20 Best Pop Singles out of 25,000 independent successful songs in 2003.
That success enabled Nikkole to branch out and work with some of the world's top performers such as The Emotions, The Commodores, Norman Brown, Gregory Hines, Whoopi Goldberg, Cedric the Entertainer, Patrice Rushen, Babyface and Sheree Brown. Each collaboration brought new challenges and has helped develop and enhance Nikkole's own unique voice. Aside from writing songs for The Emotions and The Commodores, she has appeared on the soundtracks to the films "The Brothers", "Biker Boyz" and "Love and Action in Chicago" and has written and co-produced every single song on both of her albums.
Following up and building upon the success of her first CD, Nikkole has recently released a brand new full-length LP entitled "A Girl Like Me" on SE Entertainment Records, this CD exposed the world to Nikkole's five octave range, and reminded them of the lyrical ingenues exceptional skills. The lead off single "It's Too Late" features The Emotions and has been added to medium or heavy rotation in over 60 commercial radio stations, including Clear Channel Stations in the U.S. and to radio stations in the UK, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and the Cook Islands. Nikkole has especially struck a chord in Japan as her overwhelming demand there has led her to record two of the songs from her new album in Japanese, making her one of the first American Pop Recording Artists to do so.
The new album, "A Girl Like Me" is explosive and despite being an independent release, can easily stand next to the likes of Mariah, Alicia Keys and Beyonce in terms of quality and production. Fans and critics are both raving:
Nikkole is superb, what an amazing talent. We at NIU FM are pleased to add such a dynamic artist to our program playlist. Her new album "A Girl Like Me" is destined for stardom.
Jae'd Victor, Programme Director, NIU FM â Auckland, New Zealand
Nikkole has the range and the potential to be the next big hit. She has a great old school soul, sultry sound and the listeners in this area love 'It's To Late'
Denise Brooks, Director of Urban Programming, Clear Channel, WJKX/WZLD/WEEZ, Hattiesburg, MS
Proving that music isn't the only arena that she can conquer, Nikkole has also enjoyed modeling with Otto Management, and has additional endorsements and or sponsorships with Nine West, Seychelles Footwear, Joe's Jeans, LF Larchmont, A Catherine Original and Smashbox Cosmetics. Nikkole was featured in the December 2004 Edition of Ironman Japan modeling with World Renowned Bodybuilding Champion Ken Yasuda, and in the April 2005 issue Nikkole was featured in the article for the movie "Just Another Romantic Wrestling Comedy", in which her song Baby, Baby was picked for the soundtrack. She was also featured and interviewed in the December 2005 issue of BRE (Black Renaissance Exclusive) about her new CD and can be seen in the "Sounding Off" section of Ebony Magazine in both the July 2006 Issue and the August 2006 Issue and most recently in the January 2007 Issue of InMag as well.
With so much on the horizon, Nikkole will continue to develop her proficiency as a singer-songwriter, and producer so that she can remain a musical talent, who is always at the top of her game!
