Learn about the benefits and responsibilities of 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. This interactive workshop covered actions that could jeopardize the tax-exempt status of an organization and the definition of unrelated business income, along with common examples and exceptions. Employment issues, such as classification of workers and filing requirements for employees and independent contractors, were also be addressed.
