Debate can go fully into the main motion. F. Not amendable. G. Majority vote. H. Can be reconsidered in the affirmative. The negative cannot be reconsidered. Cannot be renewed. Further Rules A. Suppresses the main motion throughout the current session. B. If the motion to commit is adopted, Postpone Indefinitely falls to the floor. C. The making of the motion allows those who have exhausted their right to speak to speak again.. D. Can be used to find out the strength of the opposition. Forms A. I move to postpone indefinitely the motion. Other Authorities A. The Standard Code does not use it. B. Canon says it should not be used. C.
