Using Podomatic to record, save, and publish your classroom podcast.  Check out Podomatic.  This is a really great tool for any teacher who doesn't want to deal with saving and publishing the podcasts.

You don't need special equipment or software.  Heck, you don't even need an apple computer or an ipod.  You can podcast with a PC.  Yes, dust off the relics because they will work for podcasting.  I'll tell you how.

Software you can use:

Podproducer, Audacity, and Garageband.

If you want an activity that will hold the kids interest try podcasting.  Your students will love it.  Listening to podcasts is your first step.

I suggest using iTunes.  Also check out Blubrry and Podcast Pickle.  EPN is an educational directory.  Have fun!
