The primary focus of The Hops Review .com Podcast is to review (non-mainstream) craft beers on four basic qualities: 1. appearance, 2. smell, 3. taste and 4. drinkability. Of course, the more we drink, the less these qualities are important. Maybe that's why we saved drinkability for last?
